What We Do

Oceanside ROI (OROI) started in October, 2008, knowing that businesses in Oceanside (Parksville, Qualicum Beach and area), when working together go farther than those who work alone. However, unlike other business referral groups, OROI was created with the thought that rules don't make the group, people do.

OROI is based on a proven system of bringing businesses and ultimately people together with a common goal…to achieve.

We all believe that structure in a group is important but so is flexibility. At OROI we have membership guidelines that suit today's fast-paced and usually very busy business people.

If none of our current members are in direct competition with your business, and ROI sounds like a group you would like to be a part of, just contact us and your first breakfast is on us!.

We always welcome new people with fresh ideas.

What does ROI mean?

It's a Return on Your Investment:

  • in your community
  • in your business

To achieve the best in yourself!

What can Oceanside ROI do?

  • increase your business exposure
  • provide access to familiar business support services
  • provide opportunities to socialize with like-minded people
  • expand your business knowledge

What can Oceanside ROI help with?

Membership in our networking group helps by:

  • bringing together an eclectic group
  • providing a means to advertise and promote the businesses of the membership
  • self-promoting the members of our group to external enquiries
  • expanding your business knowledge
  • sharing business experience

What Our Members Are Saying:

My business has grown since I joined OROI and I have learned so much from fellow members. I really look forward to the meetings each week. ~ Heidi Abbott

'This group seems truly focused on supporting and growing our businesses. Certainly a diverse and encouraging group of people. The meetings are very informative and well worth the 7 am start!' ~ Bonnie Wallis, CGA

As one of the founding members, it always puts a smile on my face to see peoples reactions as they listen to our dynamic guest and member speakers. Also to see at the end of the meeting several smaller groups sharing ideas and business. Success is not only possible, it is inevitable. ~ Dean Kubik
