“Everything has a crack in it. That’s where the light comes in.” (author unknown)
I believe that effective therapy is all about finding that light! Choosing to enter therapy is an act of bravery, and I am often awed by the courage, resilience and wisdom of the people I see. We all have fears, vulnerabilities, emotional pain, old scars, and unhealed wounds; and, we all have unrealized strengths and resources. My role is to walk beside you, helping you to identify and tap into those strengths and creative resources to resolve problematic issues, heal and move forward in life with a renewed sense of optimism and strength.
